Meg Hansen 

Deeply engaged by the “puzzle that is people” and having a researcher disposition Meg is interested in the learning that is needed for society to continue to replicate itself successfully and in developing communities of practice. Meg joined Aberrant after many years as Principal of Westbourne Grammar and previously Lauriston Girls School: two of Australia’s leading academic schools. She has overseen extensive building programs, established rich Information Technology learning environments and The Lauriston Institute for which she received a fellowship from the Australian Council of Educators in 2009. She is a member of Victoria Universities’ Council and the Invergowrie Foundation Grant’s Committee.

A New Zealander by birth, Meg has a Master of Arts degree in literature from the University of Otago, a Secondary Teachers College Diploma from Auckland and a Diploma of Teaching (NZ).
