AMPLIFY Wisdom for Educators

The complexity and change faced by educational leaders is unprecedented, and our systems — both organisational and biological — are not physiologically good at coping. The impact of COVID-19 has transformed and challenged perspectives, unsettled meaning-making, and added complexity to each day.

Educators are being called on to take up different roles, or even the same roles, but in different ways, or with a different level of commitment. Who they know themselves to be, and who they are accustomed to being seen as, has shifted.

The AMPLIFY Wisdom for Educators program provides developmental support for educational leaders to focus on themselves—their stage of life and career—how they make sense of themselves, others and the world.

It supports personal exploration of that part of themselves that senses there is something out there that they can almost touch but is just out of reach.
